$8.95 Australia Post - Express Post shipping within Australia on all orders.
All orders received before 2pm will be dispatched the same business day, or on the next business day.
We recommend providing a work address or other suitable daytime address for delivery to ensure someone is available to accept your delivery in person.
If you are not available to accept delivery in person, a calling card will be left and your delivery will be taken to the closest post office for collection.
We only use reputable postage and courier services to deliver merchandise, Australia Post in most instances.
We accept no responsibility or liability if merchandise is returned to us or if there is a delay in delivery which is beyond our reasonable control. We accept no responsibility or liability for undelivered merchandise.
All delivery charges do not include possible taxes or duties which may be applied by customs. Any customs duties, foreign taxes or other fees are the responsibility of the customer..
This return policy only applies to goods purchased via the Medici clothing e-boutique. This policy does not apply to any goods purchased in any of Medici Clothing stores.
Medici Clothing offers our customers a 7 day return policy from the day purchased (this policy applies only to full priced items). Returns sent after this time will not be honoured. You will be issued a store credit for the cost of the item returned.
Credits do not include any shipping and handling charges. Shipping for all returns must be paid by the customer. You are responsible for any loss or damage during return to our store.
- Items purchased must be returned within 7 days
- Items purchased must be returned in their original packaging with tags attached
- If items have been worn, altered, washed or dry cleaned they will not be accepted/processed
When you receive your parcel, along with the item you have purchased you will also receive your invoice which will include the return information.
If you wish to return an item, you must return it with the invoice.
Only cost of the garment will be credited, No Refund on Postage.
There is no Refund or Exchange on hats, jewellery, belts and accessories.
Sale Items - No refunds will be issued on SALE items. Please note that any merchandise bought using a promotional code or during a sale is non refundable and/or non exchangeable.

How to return your parcel
Please E Mail us at Sales@mediciclothing.com.au, with the reason for the return and your Details. We will Return your email with a Return Number.
Once you have received your Return Authorising Number please take your item and all documentation and return to us via Australia Post Express Post, with Tracking (or your preferred courier). Medici Clothing recommends that you take out appropriate extra cover. To track your item if using Australia Post www.austpost.com.au/track Medici Clothing will not be held liable for any lost items.
Medici Clothing is not liable for the cost of returning the item.We will notify you by email once your return has been received and processed.We will process your refund as quickly as possible, but please allow 5 - 10 business days for your refund to appear in your account.Refunds will be issued by the same method as to which the item was paid. FAULTY OR DAMAGED MERCHANDISE
We want you to be completely happy with your online purchases, if you are not happy with the merchandise that you have received because you believe it is faulty or was damaged in transit, please let us know in writing, quoting your customer order number within seven days for Australian orders.
If we agree that merchandise is either faulty or has been damaged in transit, we will replace faulty or damaged merchandise, issue a credit note, or a refund of the purchase price in exchange for the faulty or damaged merchandise.
Our liability is limited to a replacement of merchandise, issue of a credit note, or a refund of the purchase price.
If you do not let us know within the aforementioned period, we will take this to mean that you are happy with your purchases and that your merchandise is satisfactory. We will not accept any claims for fault or damage after the expiry of fourteen days.
